Mr. Oddo's background is in the environmental risks associated with climate change. At Penn State, he worked with an interdisciplinary research network called Sustainable Climate Risk Management (SCRiM). His masters thesis focused on the effects of structural and parametric uncertainties in coastal flood adaptation.
