At the most recent USRA Town Hall teleconference, President and CEO Jeff Isaacson recognized four individuals with the 2020 USRA Managers Award. Among them was GESTAR's Cecile Rousseaux.
Dr. Cecile Rousseaux, Manager and Senior Scientist
"Cecile does an exceptional job supporting ideas while reminding us that our ideas must support the mission and goals of USRA. She keeps us grounded while also moving us forward. She has helped crazy ideas turn into a reality, have improved morale at work, and created better science.
Cecile is always there to inspire, listen, and give support where support is needed. She reaches out to her team on a weekly basis - offering suggestions, clarifications, and similar. She makes sure we are on top of our responsibilities and leads by a strong example. She offers her guidance to junior and newer staff and invites more experienced colleagues to offer guidance/mentorship as well."
Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!
